Christmas Comparison

Today Mishaan and I worked together to complete this DLO about the different things that we eat with our families and what South African  families eat. We compared many different foods that we eat to what they eat. We looked at a lot of different sites that could have been helpful but didn't have what we were looking for. We have used the most eaten foods from South Africa. Our prices were sufficiently different but was a very interesting how much of a gap there was between our prices to theirs.

The NEXT foundation/ Summer Learning Journey

The Summer Learning Journey for NEXT Foundation from Next Foundation on Vimeo.

Today we had a very special assembly. People from the NEXT foundation, people from the maniaakalani cluster and Rachel from the summer learning journey all came along to this assembly. After our visitors finished talking we watched this video about our school that starred our class. After our assembly we headed outside on the bottom field to have lunch that was kindly donated to our school from the 'eat my lunch' foundation. We did karakia and started eating. Of course not everyone is the same so there were vegetarian food packs as well. This was a great experience to have taken part in.

Collaborative Challenge

This week LS2 is learning about how to work as a team and how to work collaboratively. We discussed about different countries who celebrate Christmas. We were split into groups and had to choose a country that we would like to research about Christmas. We decided to research about Christmas in South Africa. We learnt a lot of new things about how people celebrate Christmas in different ways. We also learnt that Geseende Kersfees means Merry Christmas in South Africa. The thing we found interesting was that people in South Africa eat turkey and duck for Christmas meals. Above shows you our DLO about Christmas in South Africa and we made a screencastify to record our thinking about Christmas in South Africa.

Speech Final

Speech
Kia ora my name is Shakaia and I think I would be a great inspiration in 2018. I want to be next years manaiakalani leader or head girl for Panmure bridge school. I know I have the potential of becoming a head student. I can do this by showing younger children what the expectation is as  the future leaders of our school. I wear my school uniform with pride and I try to represent our school well. I think I would make a fantastic head student next year because I know I can strive harder to succeed. I am one who does not have much confidence but by becoming a leader of this school I will learn how to build confidence in myself. I want to strive for success for this role of being a head student. Respect, cooperation and encouragement are just some key points I have as a role model of our school. As a future year 8 of Panmure bridge school I can show that I can accomplish my goals. And I may just be a leader everyone will remember. Thank you for listening.

This afternoon I performed my speech in front of the whole class. I was very nervous and worried about how my words were going to come out. Shaking and afraid I got up on the stage and spoke. The nerves I had slowly faded away but they were still there. Speaking something I am not very great at doing, but I still tried my best and did what I could do. Everyone's speeches were interesting. I really wanted to vote for everyone that put themselves forward. This was a heart pounding experience but I still in someway had fun.

Geometry Maths

Yesterday we did maths and for maths we were using coordinates. We were given a piece of paper with coordinates and one that we used the coordinates on. The final product was a dog on the grass. I chose colors that looked like a dog in most of my piece. Magenta and I worked together.

Google Scratch

Today I played a game on the google main page. This was like a scratch game that you use controls for to be able to make the rabbit walk. The main aim of this game is to collect all the carrots in front of the rabbit. In the start of every game you had a practice run through to make sure you understand. This is a great game to play in your free time and to see how good you are at controlling.

Teamwork DLO

Yesterday afternoon Savelina, Brooklyn, Viva and I took photos on how we can show leadership next year. We chose three things that we can do next year to show that we are leaders. The three things we chose were motivating others, making sure everyone knows what to do and getting involved. This was a great opportunity to co-operate with the people in my class. This is what we think teamwork should look like in Panmure Bridge School.

Tech Refection

This year was my first year of tech and I have learnt so much already. From cooking to making my own games. It has been amazing.

This year was my first year of tech and I have learnt so much already. From cooking to making my own games. It has been amazing. I have learnt a lot this year with using scratch and using different recipes to make a certain food. It has been great and I wonder what next year has to offer.

Summer Learning Journey

On Friday we had a special visit from Hazel. She came to talk to us about the Summer Learning Journey. This is a free event that you can do over the holidays. This summer it is time travel. First you need to register on the Summer Learning Journey site. Fill in your details and you are automatically registered. When you do a blog post Hazel or Rachel check your blog post and comment on that post. Every post you do you get points. At the end of the blogging challenge Rachel rounds up your points. If you blogged through out the holidays you will have more points. The following year Rachel will come to your school and give out prizes and certificates to the ones who participated. If you did a post you will get a certificate but if you blogged continuously you have the possibility of winning a prize.

Tech At Tamaki College/ Robotics

On Friday we went to tech. Savelina, Sky and I  finished off our chocolate logs. But this day was different. After we finished with our rotations we went to stand underneath the shade shelter. All of us were split into three groups P.E, social studies and robotics. I was in robotics. There was two M drones and two M bots. Sa kae, Mishaan and I were one group and we went to a M drone. But before we could play with the drone we had a quick lesson from Max. Now we were able to make our drone fly. There was a app that you had to get first so you could make the drone fly. We used different controls to make the drone do different moves. After playing with the different controls Mr Dunn gave us a challenge to complete, we had to start on the x and get back on the x. We were rewarded at the end with lollies so that was a bonus. I had fun playing with a drone and controlling it.

P.B.S Athletics Day

Today was our school athletics day. Today was packed with loads of fun activities. We were split into groups in our year groups. The groups colors were red, blue, green and yellow. I was in group red and we started at station 8 which was netball and basketball shooting.  There were 9 stations and my favorite station was the sponge and hurdle relays race. We had one station where we just relax. Then lunch came along and we had a bit of fun and time to do what we want. After lunch we had our sprint finals. In the finals I came 3rd in my year group out of the girls. A big thanks goes to the people from Tamaki College for coming to help out with our athletics day. Overall today was a great day.

Fire Station Visit

Yesterday as part of our inquiry we visited the fire station in Panmure. We met Norm, Bob and some others. This was a great opportunity to be able to see what these firefighters do to train and more. Since it is fire station they were still expected to show up on a call. We learnt how they help get people out of cars and they told us tips on staying safe around fire. Did you know that fire fighters do more than just put out fires? They are called when someone is having a heart attack or something else, they are called first responders which means they are not paramatics. This was a very interesting visit and I enjoyed it a lot.

Ratio Problem Solving.

This week for maths Sanujan, Nazella, Ofa and I created this DLO to show you how we soled a maths problem in our own words. We all found finding the answer to the last question because we found it hard to work out but we got around it. We all worked well together as a team and included each others idea. This was challenging because we all had different answers but we managed to work out another way.

Learning To Motivate Others

This afternoon we were learning how to motivate others around us. We got into groups of four and in that group we created a short skit to show others how we can motivate others. This is great practice for next year because we will be the 2018 school leaders. The people in my group were Dallas, Josh S and Fraidoon. We did a play about people not caring about picking up there rubbish. Then after watching what the other groups had to show we made a Tagul. Tagul is a site that lets you create your own word clouds. In my cloud I included words that I can help motivate other people next year. I enjoyed watching what the other groups came up with to show how they can motivate people next year.

A Winters Day in 1939

Last week Zahra and I started reading a novel book called "A Winters Day In 1939". This is a reading project called navigating novels. We are up to chapter 3 almost onto chapter 4. The activity we chose to do was feedback. I chose three questions and Zahra chose three then we answered the questions and gave feedback about how we answered them. I gave her feedback and feedforward so what she did well and what she might need to work on.

Visit From Police/Helicpoter

This afternoon a few people in the police with there dogs and riders of the helicopter named Eagle came to visit us. They were telling us how they keep our community safe from danger. I had a lot of fun watching how the police dogs track scents from the people they are chasing. It was really hot outside waiting for the helicopter but it was worth it. The helicopter was super big close up. This was a great experience to be able to learn about what helicopters do to protect us and how dogs use there noses, eyes and ears.

Oral Hygiene

Yesterday Zahra, Mia and I created two slideshows to show and tell you why our oral heath is important. We were learning about why it is important to brush our teeth every day and night. This was a community challenge. The words we learnt were tartar, plaque and tooth decay. I think we worked well together because we all had different ideas to add to a new slide. It is important to brush day and night because we only have two sets of teeth our baby teeth and our adult teeth. We included facts to support why it is critical to brush. If you lick your teeth and feel a furry feeling then that is the plaque. make sure you brush twice a day.

Badminton - Kiwi Sport

Today we had badminton with our coach/instructor Kevin. We played continuous tag. Everybody is in and if you get tagged you have to sit down but if the person who tagged you got tagged by someone else then you could stand back up again. If you and another person tagged each other at the same time you had to play rock, paper, scissors. Then we had a rally. A rally in badminton terms is when two people hit a shuttle back and forth to each other. Zahra and I were partners practising our back-hand and fore-hand skills. I had a lot of fun today at badminton and having rally's using the different techniques.

10th annual Manaiakalani Film Festival

Yesterday was the 10th annual Manaiakalani film festival. We went to Sylvia Park Hoyts cinemas. This was a great experience. It was cool watching other schools movies that they have created in there classrooms.  Our bus was late so we missed our seats and almost all of the movies so we booked in for the next show as guest. We ended going into the Xtreme screen when the movies were close to the end. Since we were guests during the next session we didn't get the seats we wanted. My personal favourite movie was from Tamaki school where there are three girls and they sing through out the movie. Afterwards when we got back to school we did blog comments.

Adaptation - Servals

Today we have been looking at the adaptation of an animal. We all chose a animal that started  with  the first letter of or our name. I chose a serval.  A serval is a cat species that that can be found in South Africa and many other places. I have put information that I already know and found different information and facts in websites. But like every animal the serval has predators. These predators include leopards, dogs, Hyenas and human kind. I had many options when choosing what animal I wanted to do but, something about this particular cat. I have learnt new facts and interesting information about this small animal. Like they eat frogs which sounds pretty disgusting but I guess dinner is served?

Fireworks Saftey

Friday afternoon Ls1 joined us for inquiry. Sakina, Victoria, Zahra and I were in a group. We created this slideshow to showcase our learning. We were learning about fireworks safety. We all did one slide each about what to do to stay safe while doing fireworks. This was really easy to complete because we had a brief talk with our teacher before we started. Hopefully everyone was safe while lighting fireworks yesterday.

Explanation - How Children Learn At School

How Children Learn At School

Children earn to understand how we experiment while doing new tasks through positive ways of learning new skills. We learn by listening, watching and practising. Did you know that everyone learns by exploring in numerous ways?

For example children actively investigate the world around them. One way kids learn is by agreeing and disagreeing with each other. They do this so they can experience new ways to learn together. Kids also think and reflect by talking to one another.

Children learn by playing and copying each other. Kids find interest in adults and what they are capable of doing. Children go through a natural process where they learn by hand on experiences.

We learn by asking questions and talking amongst one another. Us as children find ways to learn by researching understandable answers. A child learns from imagination in activities given.

We explore in many ways by following the role models in our schools. We all have different ways towards how we explore this crazy world of ours but this all starts at a small place called school.

A few days ago Sky and I wrote an explanation about how children learn at school. An explanation has four parts to it. The title, the intro, Poipio ( paragraphs of interesting points in order) and the conclusion. We worked together in a collaborative way. Together we were able to finish our piece of writing. First we had to write our explanation. Next we had to check our punctuation and use D.R.A.F.T and delete and add words. Lastly we had to swap our work with another pair and we had to do feedback and feedforward, which means we had to give positive information back and give them something to work on next time. We have used the feedforward that the other pairs gave us. Our feedforward was to check if our sentences mad sense and make sure we put our capital letters in the right places.

Screencastify - Maths Paving Stones

On Friday I learnt how to use an app called screencastify. This particular a.pp is used by children in the manaiakalani school cluster. Screencastify lets you create 50 videos about your learning. In my class we have made scripts on what we are going to be explaining and showing how we have found the answers. This is a great way for students to express there learning in a different way. I have used screencastify before in the past but had forgot how to make one. I really recommend you have a script because it will be really to remember what you have to say. Also have all your tabs open so you can flick through your screencastify quick and easy experience. Here are all the steps on what we did to complete our own screencastify. First we decided what we were going to screencast, then we made a script and recorded our first screencast. With a few more tries we were professionals.

Inter-schools Rippa Rugby

Today was the Rippa Rugby and Rugby inter-schools. This event was held at Dunkirk reserve across the road. We only had four games because two schools pulled out of the competition. I was a sub in the first game but I didn't mind. I had fun cheering on the people from both teams while I was watching from the side line. Our first competition was against Pt England. It was a tough challenge but unfortunately we lost 1-9 We had a 25 minute break before our next game against Glen Ines we unfortunately lost that game as well. Determined to win our third game we practice things that we are doing wrong while we are playing. We practised spreading out, passing into open space and calling out the names of our team mates. As we get ready to play against Tamaki school we have a little pep talk about what we had just learned. We had a great time playing but we lost that game as well. I cannot remember the score to that game but I know it as a close one. Our last and final game was against Glen brae school. This game was really close but we lost this game. We might have lost every game but we all had fun. In Rippa you just have to rip the tags on the side of the person body.

Production - Dancing through the decades

Last night was our production called dancing through he decades. This was the chance to let our inner power shine and to have a great time. I performed in 2 performances, Kapa Haka and my group dance with others in my class. The song we are dancing to is staying alive. I have enjoyed working towards this day since the day we started practising our dances.  I would like to give a big thank you to Zoe our dance teacher for making this all happen and letting us have the chance to be in the spotlight. Prepare to dazzle in the moon light.

Shot Types - The Princess Bride

A few weeks ago our class watched the movie called The Princess Bride. While watching the movie, we were doing film study. One activity that we had to do was focus on the shot types they are showing us in the film, and what it means. There are different types of shots that are used in movies. One shot type I found more interesting was low angle shot. I never knew the meaning behind this particular shot. The low angle shot points up to a character to show that someone is powerful etc. I would defiantly do this again next year.

KiwiCan - Sports

Today was the last session of kiwi can for Term 3. We played hand soccer, 10 down and objects. I had a lot of fun playing these games because everyone was supportive and playing the right way. Thank you to Mr Malu and Ms Latioa for making kiwi can possible this term. My favourite game was 10 down.

Cross Country - 2nd Place

Last week our school had cross country over at Dunkirk park. All of our hard training lead to this day. The juniors from year 1 to 3 did one lap around the track that the head leaders and Mr Oglive kindly set up for us as we were having our lunch and playing. The years 4 did 2 laps and the rest of us did 5 laps around the track. When it was the year 7 and 8 girls turn to run I was really nervous to run. When we started to get ready I felt butterflies in my stomach. But once Mr Johnston said ready, set, go there was no going back. As the run came to a end I came second. Since there was only 4 year 7 girls I thought might as well make the most of it so I did. Overall the places were Tiava 1st, Me 2nd, Ofa F 3rd and Magenta 4th. It was a good race that I really enjoyed.

Cross Country Inter-Schools

Yesterday I went to cross country inter-schools. I was really nervous to run because I was a little worried that I would forget the track or hurt myself but I enjoyed running. At least what I could do. I had to stop the second round because I hurt my foot really bad and had to go to the sick bay. Besides that it was fun.

Elections - What Is A Coalition?

Today Nazella, Sa Kae, Hajera and I were learning about what coalition is and how it will affect the NZ Parliament.  Coalition is when a smaller Political Party joins with a bigger to increase the amount of seats they have in Parliament.

Wednesday 20 September 2017

Political Parties

A few days ago our class was looking at political parties here in New Zealand. Nazella, Savelina, Brooklyn and I worked together to create a slide show about Helen Clark and what she did as a prime minister. We used our smart searching skills to find out facts and more about this important lady. We have done this to our best of our ability.  Fun fact about Helen Clark. She was the 5th longest prime minister to stay in parliament. She cares about people and has always has a positive smile. This was apart of the elections that are coming the Saturday.

Political Parties

Our main focus this week is political parties. Today my group Nazella Savelina Brooklyn and I made A DLO on prime Minsters and which party they support.

Read an ebook day

Today is Read an ebookday. Our classroom chose a book off the Tamaki College Overdrive site to celebrate modern storytelling. On the Overdrive site, there are a lot of different varieties of books you can chose from. From humour, action, science fiction and loads more. I have enjoyed reading books from the Tamaki College Overdrive and exploring new books. The current book I am reading right now is Mr Mingin. #EBOOKLOVE

Say It Tika Say It Right

This week is Maori language week. Vodafone and google maps have partnered up on a website called say it tika. Google maps sometimes have trouble saying Maori places here in New Zealand. I chose to do Opahi where I am from because tourist always get this place wrong. I did two other places to like Taupo and Whakamaru. Kia Kaha New Zealand keep our native language true.

Netball Prises - Runner Up

Today at assembly the girls who singed up for after school netball were finally given there certificates for coming 2nd in our grade. This was great to have came 2nd because we have had only won four games but it was all worth it in the end. I have enjoyed playing and representing Panmure Bridge School this year during the netball season. This was our netball team for 2017.

Winning The Curriculum Survey Prise!

Today at assembly I won a prise. In that prise there was lots of things that I could use to make me breakfast tomorrow morning. This was an big surprise and I didn't expect for me to win. Mr Johnston brought a green hat with all the names of people who bought back there curriculum surveys to be in the draw to win. Luckily I was that one person who won. I have never won any prise draws from any school I have been to except for prise giving two years ago. Hooray for me and the others who gave it there best.

Tech At Tamaki College - Spaghetti Pies

This morning we had tech at Tamaki College. Savelina, Sky and I  made Spaghetti pies. The ingredients we needed was spaghetti, cheese, bacon and pastry that you have already made or store bought pastry will do. This task was semi hard because some of the pastry that we made wasn't big enough so it wouldn't fit in the muffin tray. We have had fun creating the pies and cleaning up that was fun. Next week is and adventure because we have no idea what we are making until next time.

Tamaki Library Overdrive - Mr Mingin

This afternoon we went on the Tamaki Library site so we could read books that we thought were enjoyable enough to read. As we are not going to our school library for the rest of this term this was an great opportune to read something different. This book hooked me in right away because of the introduction. I was amazed by this book. If I had to give this book an rating it would have to be a 4 out of 5 stars because the book cover was really funny. I am currently on chapter 5 and happy to keep going until I finish the book. This book I think the main character was a little girl because of the writing. Most of the writing was correct but some of it not so much. I would recommend reading this book because this is a child friendly book.

Kiwi Can - Taking Risks

This moring we did Kiwi Can. Our topic this week was taking risks. Our Kiwi Can teachers Mr Malu and Miss Latoia talked to us about taking risks and what they meant? For our energiser we played a game called bip bop bounce. How you play this game is just like playing bang. There is someone in the middle that person will be saying bip bop bounce. That person can mix the words up however they want. Then the people playing have to say bang. But there is a catch, you have to say bang after the caller says bounce but you cant say it after they say the phrase because that may lead in elimination. After we finished our energiser we played hand soccer. The risks of playing this game is scraping your fingers on the ground falling over and trying to get a goal for your team. We all enjoyed playing this game. I saw a lot smiles and support from one another from both groups. Wacthing others have fun was fun to see.

Read Theory

This morning I did Read Theory. Read Theory helps us with our knowledge on what we read. This site has helped me on stretching the vocabulary in what I have read in a book or online. I learnt a new fact in a story I read. I learnt that there are little animals in out toothpaste called Plantimals which I think is pretty cool. This site is great for people that want to read but don't have the time to pull out a book. I have come a long way from the first time I saw this site. I can only get better at what I do. I look forward to using this site more as the year goes on.

New Tech Rotation!

Today at Tamaki College we finally started our new tech rotation for this term. We made Oreo milkshakes. Savelina, sky and I were one group. We all had job to pro fill. Savelina's job was to dry the dishes, Sky's job was to pack away the dishes and finally mine was to wash. We did a lot of measuring and mixing now this part was fun.  To finish off our milkshakes we had Mrs Heka our teacher put chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Before we could drink our delicious milkshake we had to clean up our mess that we made. If we did not clean up properly we had to clean again. Once we cleaned up properly we got to try our master pieces. I found making the milkshakes kind of confusing because of all of the different measurements but I still thought that they were yum.

Why It's Great To Be Me?

It great to be me because I am young and free. I have different opportunities than others do. We all have a bright future ahead of us and all of us are capable doing something new each day. I like exploring at new limits because you never know what you will see at the end of the rainbow until you go for it. I was working with Brooklyn to complete this word cloud. My favourite word in this would have to be dreams. Because they tell you what might happen in the future.

Monday 28 August 2017

Capitalisation

Our main focus was capitalisation for writing.  This was  a really easy task to complete because I had an Idea already on what to do. This has been one of my favourite DLO's to complete so far this year. What we had to do was fix all the sentences on the right and answer them correctly.  This is example of what capitalisation looks like. So in that case this might help you in the future if you ever do something like this.  High possibility's it will.

Wednesday 23 August 2017

Complete The Contraction

Today we had writing. For this task we had to complete the contraction. This was a really easy task to complete because all we had to do was write the contract word. My favourite word that I contracted was it. An example of an contraction is I will. The contraction to this word is I'll. My layout has a lot of room but that is OK. Here are some other contractions that you might like.

Dancer - Career DLO

Yesterday I started a DLO about what I want to do in the future. When I grow up I might choose to be a dancer. Why? Because when I was about 5 years old I loved dancing. In this half detailed DLO I have put in the opportunity you will have getting a job as a dancer and more. This was really easy to complete but it was semi hard as well. One tip I would have to tell you is make sure you turn up with the right gear at all times. But dancing is not my favourite. Yeah. It is actually painting. I am not a very good artist and have no idea on what to do but I enjoy it a lot. This is my so called future. Hopefully it all goes well.

Tuesday 15 August 2017

Hexaflexagon

Through out the day I was finishing my hexaflexagon. I enjoyed crating my own designs and using my own colours. A hexaflexagon is a three sided shape that has different patterns on each side. Something I found hard about this was tring to put it together and something I found easy was choosing the colours to use. This was part of a maths project that turned out to be quite fun. My favourite side on my hexaflexagon is the on in the photo.  I hope we do this again sometime in the future.

Friday 11 August 2017

Digi Tech

This morning we went to tech. We were finishing our digital story about healthy living in the Tamaki area. I am nearly finish this task and soon I will be moving on. We had a reviler teacher. Her name was Miss Rose. This was not an hard task to complete because I already knew what to do. Mine is based off exercise because it is important to get exercise to keep fit. I liked working on the animated story because I could create it how I wanted to.

Thursday 10 August 2017

Kate Sheppard - Sketchnote

Yesterday Mishaan and I created this Sketchnote about Kate Sheppard and the suffrage movement.  We shared information with each other to help us with our learning. This was an easy task to complete because the Kate Sheppard DLO we did gave us an idea of what to write. Mishaan and I did four boxes each. I did the top ones and she did the bottom ones including the picture. The   answers and the questions are all based on the suffrage movement.

Rewindable Learning For Dance

Today we were practising our dance for the end of the term dance production. Our dance coach was Zoe. We were split into three groups A, B and C. In our three groups we have different moves and songs. Those songs are Staying alive, I see red and Footloose. The song we are doing is Staying alive. We have practised over and over this is called rewindable . Rewindable learning is when you can watch or practice something over and over. This was really fun in every way possible. We had our very first dance practice yesterday and we have already picked up on a lot.

Idiom

On Monday I started an illustration about idiom. Idiom is a group of words known by how much its has been used. I have put in different examples about idiom. An example of idiom is "Fish out of water". Meaning you are somewhere where you don't belong. This has been one of my favourite illustrations to do so far.  I have enjoyed creating my own illustration using my own words. This was not hard to do but it was not easy trying to find the right idioms. The site I used to find my idioms is from Your dictionary

Tuesday 8 August 2017

Kate Sheppard

Yesterday afternoon Mishaan and I started this DLO about Kate Sheppard the leader of the suffrage movement. In our DLO you will find out different information about this powerful women. We have made this to the best of or ability. With the help of our teacher we got this done. We didn't know anything about this lady until we had a group conversation about who she is and what she did. Coming into this group as a newbie I think I have learnt a lot about this one person who changed the world with just her voice. The suffrage movement was a group of women that wanted the right to vote in the elections. This a sudden success. This is what we have done so far. Because you never know you might learn something yourself.

Friday 4 August 2017

Digi Tech

Today at tech we went at Tamaki college. We have one more week of digi tech until we move on to our next activity. Our main focus was on healthy living in the Tamaki community. We had to make a movie on scratch to explain what healthy living is. I chose to do laziness. I am making a movie on why being lazy is not a good idea. I am still working on getting my movie done but I am almost finish. I have learnt the different parts and things I can do on scratch. The easy thing to do was pick the characters because I already knew what to choose. The hard thing to do was to choose the right background to fit my theme. This was a fun task to do.

Wednesday 2 August 2017

Maths - Using Coordinates

During this block I did maths. We were learning a new topic called using coordinates to do our maths work. This was an easy task to complete. This was fun to complete because I had never done something like this before.

My Personal Passion

This afternoon I created a DLO on my personal passion. What is my personal passion? Well my personal passion is actually netball. I have been a fan of netball since 2010 and have loved it ever since. I have been in the netball inter-schools since 2013. If you where wondering who my favourite netball player was it is Maria Tutaia. This is for my Excellence and Innovation C.A.R.E award. I have just recently started played a new position which is goal shoot. I really never saw myself as a shooter because I always thought I wouldn't get it in the goal. This task was not difficult at all because I am writing about myself and who know me better than me?
